Description:
The ADDFCTE command adds an entry to an existing FCT. The FCT can contain up to 9999 entries. Each entry includes the following forms-control attributes:
. Host form type
. Host subsystem writer type
. Local form type
. Physical file member creation information
. Format of the output data
. Channel values and associated line numbers
. Form size
. Lines and characters per inch
. Number of copies v User program name.
